MPhil student received overseas PhD studentship

Wong Pak Hang obtained an MPhil under the supervision of Dr. Max Deutsch, working in the area of philosophy of language. He has just been granted a 4-year PhD studentship at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. The studentship is for a project exploring the philosophical implications of “new media” such as the internet. Congratulations to Pak!

Professor Ci won Research Output Prize

Professor Ci Jiwei has been awarded a HKU Research Output Prize for his latest book, The Two Faces of Justice (Harvard University Press, 2006).
